How to enable Trust Call to protect yourself from phone scams.

Sign into the Banking app.

On the security update message, tap HOW IT WORKS.

Step 4 of 8
Tap CONTINUE to enable Trust Call on your device.
Step 5 of 8
For Android devices only:
Tap Allow to enable the Banking App to use your call permissions.
Step 6 of 8
Trust Call is now enabled on your device.
Step 7 of 8
With Trust Call enabled, we will advise you of a potential scam risk while you are on a call and have signed into the App.
If the caller is known to you, tap I TRUST THIS CALLER to continue with your banking transaction.

If you're on a call while using the app, we will verify whether it is with an authenticated Standard Bank agent.
